Log into your client dashboard and navigate to “Scan History” or “Reports” section. You can download PDF copies of all past vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and compliance reports.

Scan duration depends on your infrastructure size and complexity. External scans typically complete in 1-2 hours, while comprehensive internal scans may take 4-8 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when results are ready.

Email your dedicated analyst directly (their contact info is in your welcome email) or submit a request through the contact form above. We can typically schedule calls within 24-48 hours.

Yes. Account administrators can add additional users through the dashboard under Settings → Team Members. You can assign different permission levels for each user.

Log into your dashboard and go to Settings → Billing to update credit card details, billing address, or payment method. You can also email billing@securesystems.com for assistance.

Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled test to reschedule without any fees. Last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee depending on your service agreement.
